General Experience

This project involved the design and construction of a custom rugged PC integrated into a Pelican case for portability and protection. I built an internal mounting frame using 2020 T-slot aluminum extrusion to securely support the motherboard and power supply, then designed and 3D printed custom mounting rails to fit the system cleanly into the case interior. The final result was a transportable, impact-resistant PC solution that combined mechanical design, fabrication, and practical hardware integration.
